請教買房預算

第一次買房，請各位幫忙參謀，如何預算合適。雙職工年收入稅前約16萬，無孩，無債/貸款，可流動現金18萬，信用良好800+，Wells Fargo pre-approval貸款52萬（當時我們說計劃買65萬以內的房子）。打算買狀況好的房子，短期不會有裝修開支的。我們可以把預算放到70萬以內嗎？
