However, it depends:
1.How much it cause to fix the problem by HOA itself? How much each homeowner is going to pay for if HOA fails the case.
2. some cases like it last for 3 years, do you need to sell it less than 3 years?
3. The unit has to lower than the market price for at least 10%.
