俺一套全新裝修3房兩衛的公寓租給一家印度人,人口超過lease規定咋辦?

今天印度人來電話說門鎖壞了,俺過去看了一下.發現裏麵住了6個人.夫妻兩,兩個小孩和外公外婆.lease上寫明是夫妻加兩個小孩.這對印度夫妻credit分數都是700多,付房租應該沒問題.像這樣的問題要不要向他指出來?
