In 2008, JPM and 3 other banks sold world half years of production worth of silver contracts. JPM inherited large short position from bear stern. Of course, they have no physical silver to deliver. They were all paper. Such manipulation on paper caused spot price dropped as low as $8. Such manipulation was ver successful.

Up to today, there are still large amount of silver shorts out there in these four players hand.

When these undeliverable contracts got blow up in their face, we expect silver to triple from current level. Just like it went from 15 to 50 in just few months.
