房客剛剛打電話說她們要提早搬走（４／１５），

她老公要relocate另一個地方。這是我們第一個房客，合同是到６月３０號結束，房租還是挺準時。

我想４月的房租她們還是要全部交的。押金還需要還？還是沒找到新房客就不退啦？我在AZ，我想在final walk through讓她們不要短水氣電，好方便我們檢查。 我還需要給她們寄notice 給她們嗎？哪位有這notice 給不給share一張為我。謝謝啦。
