我CASH　OFFER　一個SHORT　SALE的房子正在PROCESSING。問題：在CLOSING時，如果時間足夠的話，我可以用LOAN嗎？我TALK　TO　我的REALTOR，她說，我這樣做是欺騙。我想不通，為什麽？不都是用錢買房嗎？
之所以想這樣做是因為貸款的話可以稍微多貸幾萬，如果CASH　OUT半年前買的房，拿不到我想要的數目。
