I closed a couple of houses (very small loan like 70-80k). If you exclude escrow for tax etc and home owner insurance, here are major items for me:
1) lender originaation charge: $750.00
2) tile company and lender title charge: $630
3) appraisal: $600
4) misc (recording fee etc): 200
6) survey: 250
total about $2400.00
but another thread, someond says $1500.00
is the above fee reasonable? which fee will vary based on broker?
