請教：在賣房，buyer要我們出closing cost,請問有什麽風險嗎？謝謝

我們必須賣掉在texas的房子，但目前出offer的人同意我們的房價，但要求我們在closing時出6000的closing cost,請問這裏的達人，這樣有什麽風險嗎？還就是和降6000塊房價道理相同？
