請教 - 出租房當自家房買又有問題了。

這次買的backyard有playground equipment-滑滑梯之類。我很喜歡就買了。朋友建議要考慮可能的人身傷害問題。我想加一個attachment在租約上。請諸位看看是否可行。先謝了。

There are no any problems known for the previous owners for the playground equipment. Should there be any problems found by renters, we will do necessary repair ASAP. But we do not factor the equipment in the rental price; nor do we assume any responsibility for using the equipment.
It is pure tenant‘s responsibility for using the equipment.
