他這兩次說的其實不矛盾.

housing related business is very different than "buy thousands of houses", agree?

In this article, he is talking about doing what we "掏糞工" are doing, buy houses/offices and rent out. Not buying rental management company, not buying construction company or any indirect biz. To me, that's two very different biz.

Prolbem with him is scale.
