I mean that I can file the Sch A even with amount of the local tax. Of course, i will some thing else.

I am thinking what size house (mortage, property tax and interest)I should buy for best tax benefit. Small family (2 persons) move to a new area, needs a house. We can buy a samll house (1300SF) with $150,000, mid-size (2000-2500SF) with $200,000-300,000, and up to a slight big house (4000SF) with $500,000.

Hard to make a decision.
