剛買了CONDO，房檢後，列出這一單子需要修理，RELOCATION 公司不修給錢，讓我給個數，前輩請看看，大概要多少錢？(sent email to the inspector to give a cost estimation, he did not reply, he told me he is very busy, looks like many people are buying property.he did not even have time to cash my check)

leak under the hallway bathroom sink,
loose master bathroom toilet,

replace the deteriorated screen in the
deck door,

secure the loft handrail,

install an extension tube on the

Ceiling fan in the loft is not working,
