換房頂和Siding要多少錢？

看中一個1949年的房 （一千多尺），房子外麵看去很舊，Realtor可能要換房頂和Siding，另外窗子也是原裝的，有些已有裂痕，建議最好換Double Pane的Energy Efficient的。請問這些各類大概要多少錢？謝謝！
