房子估價高不是要交更多房產稅嗎？

怎麽有人傻到還這樣做？

每次我的房子做APPRARSL，總是搞的亂亂的，拿一個低的估價，然後第二年要求COUNTY降房產稅，COUNTY隻相信APPRARSL的價
