當房東痛苦啊.申請人是未婚夫妻,還有男的小孩,可行嗎?

他倆要是掰了是不是就會有問題?男的自己給的report上欠過多次撫養費,還欠了一萬多卡債.兩人合起來收入倒是有7-8千一個月.
