hot water heating 還是hydro air?

現在有個duplex 隻有熱水供暖係統。 想把兩個unit的供暖係統分開讓房客自己付。但是contractor說分成兩個供暖係統要2萬多。 加 central air 又要兩萬多。但是新做一個hydro air 同時供冷暖空調要3萬。這是不是都太貴了？ 如果一定要做，選哪個方案？ 房客是更喜歡hydro air 還是hot water heating?
