買房還是租房？求建議，謝謝。

因為工作要搬家，但有可能隻住三年或五年。

現有一套房 (detached condo)，07年買的，480K，現在可賣到380K，每月要mortgage$2500+association fee $370, if rent, can only ask for 2200.we will lose ~$670/month. Plus, if we rent at the new place, we have to pay >$3000 (possibly ~4000) to rent a decent place.

If sell, we loose $100K, plus the realtor fee 5% and closing cost. Then, buy one, we are hoping to buy ~700K. there's closing cost as well. 

After 3-5 years, if we have to sell, we are losing more at renting or buying?
