What happened to "Uncle Electronic Battery", what exactly happened to him, he suddenly disappeared, the last post I knew that he was in somewhere in south Pacific to find the rare earth. If it is not over 20%, they can buy REOs here in the states and make mid-teen IRRs, or just buy non-performing loan backed bonds now in the market, leveraged IRR can reach low-20%. It seems like his project can match "Apollo Project"
