Handyman: $1200 vs $450

During the past weekend, I hired a handyman to remove a toleit and sink to other place to make one more bedroom with a new closet for a house (American often say it is a "HOME" rather than a "HOUSE", it is ridiculous to me!). A Mexican asked for $1200, A white $450. 

Sure, A white was choisen and the work was well done!

Mexican is NOT always cheaper than American.
