想買一個四十年的自住和投資房。準備一樓用於自住。二樓可能還有地下室用於出租。這裏是這個房子的鏈接：

這個房子值得買嗎？ 我現在租房，是兩式一廳， 大約1100sqft。在這個房子的附近。

請問大家：在檢查房子的時候重點要看什麽？如果買到這樣的房子，需要做什麽樣的維護？
