糾結：造新房，還是買二手房？

老婆看不上二手房，想造新房。

二手房大約是2004年造的，麵積比較小，2200-2800SF， Lot比也較小， 離高速 0.2
miles。

新房麵積比較大，3000-3600SF，Lot比也較好和大，但是要昂100K，離高速 3 miles。

目前隻有二個人住。
