qualified dividend and business expenses

我不是Romney的會計師，不知道他具體是怎麽避稅的。但是大多數富人如巴菲特曾經公開的說過他們的低稅率是利用dividend 優惠稅率。qualified dividend income has only 15% flat tax. 他們還可以用 business 來避稅。我在前文裏提到過。qualified dividend is not deduction nor W2 income, will not cause AMT.
