這是在另外一個城市的公寓.這個客人是從前麵兩個房東那就開始住這裏. 是個麻煩的客人. 尤其是男主人.沒什麽教養.覺得自己是老爺. 要求這要求那.一家五口人.三個小孩.靠女的打工過日子. 男的在家遊手好閑.女的倒是通情達理.這套公寓租金一個月$390.十年以前他們跟前前房東簽合同就是這個價.對他們的要求, 隻要是合理的, 盡管住的三百英裏遠, 我基本上都做到馬上解決問題.
七年前接手過來我從來沒長過.我一直想賣了這個公寓. 有不少買的人也很想買, 但前提是我的把客人弄走. 我不忍心把他們趕走.事情就這麽拖下來.現在要走了.省了我不少事情.準備把這公寓給賣了.

Dear Mr. Ding,
This is to formally inform you that we will no longer be your tenant at the xxxxx Washington Dr Apt 122 property as of Wednesday, February 29, 2012. We have decided that it is time to move on to a bigger space as our children are getting older and bigger.
You have been a great landlord. Although you reside far away, you still are able to accommodate us when services were needed. We will leave the keys with the leasing office upon the day of our departure. The check for February's rent should already be heading your way.
