lis this real---Liberty reserve cheap Gift card

Hi:

 

I was searching for some airline gift card on line. There is one web site selling very cheap e-gift card, Say 40%  off face value. And I was told that if I pay via liberty reserve, it will be only half price.

Have you ever used similar web site? Will this be a scam?

 

Any comment?
