I have an experience to share

Whenever I started a renovation, I always hired a guy to sleep in the house at night and pay him $20/night. Sometimes the sleeper asked for a job, then I let him work as a labor in the crew on the condition of sleeping in for free. We worked in this way on the current project in the past 10 weeks. Well, this is one way of my risk control. Wish you get over this setback and restart very soon.
