請問哪家加拿大的銀行能給最好的interst rate for HomeOwner's Line of Credit？

最近正申請Home Home Owner's Line of Credit in Canada, 一般銀行都利率為Prime+0.5%-即現在為3.5%。

請問有哪家能給更好的利率？
