想問個買房子deposit的問題，謝謝！

我們現在準備去看一個房子，說是bankruptcy的房子，代理告訴我們這種房子與forclosure是不一樣的，要付5%的定金。這裏的能人多，想問問是不是這麽回事？因為曾經經曆過一個不可靠的代理，現在有點害怕。想先搞清楚了。上網上也搜索不到相關信息。
