請問在Florida的出租房用哪家的房屋保險好？

我們打算在West Palm Beach買一個3-bedroom， 2-bathroom的single family house作為出租房。上星期銀行批準了我們的offer，現在正在找home inspector和房屋保險。想問問有沒有人可以推薦一個好的保險代理？

還有是找保險中介好呢，還是直接和保險公司的代理聯係好？

另外在找home inspector的過程中，我們還聽說windstorm mitigation report可以在房屋保險費上有折扣，不知道大家有沒有這方麵的經曆。
