我有房客什麽都好，就是每次房租都晚兩三天。

最多一次五天。我不知道他是不上心還是沒錢。倆人工資挺高的。我也不好意思因為這幾天收他late fee. 可我每次5號都提醒他，每次都說下次不會了。可是下次還是一樣。睜一眼閉一眼算了嗎？
