it is kind of complicated to do it yourself if you are not accountant. you may also make errors and end up paying more tax. save your time and headache, ask an accountant to do it for you. last year, i had an accountant doing it for me for only $50. he is in Canada and also has property in USA. his email: jasonyuancpa@gmail.com
