矽穀房子又開始搶了

感覺原因主要是去年工程師們的平均工資漲了(5%, http://www.eetimes.com/electronics-news/4235174/Engineering-salaries-on-the-rise).

不少公司現在開始雇新畢業生了， 並且有sign-up bonus。

從東灣到Stockton， 白菜房價錢穩中有升，一半以上三天內就pending。
