老兄質疑有理。讓我也設計一個案例來看能1%Rule能否有Loss：

每月Rental income 是買價格的1%。其它開支跟你的案例相同，不同的隻是：1.property tax 4%，2.空置率平均10%（每年）；3.維修$200(每月）……我還計算案例結果……。LOL
