What's to do with a tenant is a realtor

Do you know how easy to get real estate license? Being a realtor does not necessarily mean he knows what he is doing. Well, that applies to any profession...you don't look at people's title and judge what kind of person they are.

Credit report tells you if a person is financially responsible or not...if necessary you may request his personal tax return and recent bank statements to verify his income and assets.

If people intend to screw up others there are always ways to do so...
