renting trouble, please asvice

I bought a house in CA and will be closed on 2/10. My agent helped me showing to applicants. This person who refused to have his credit checked and refused to give me the deposit.Give me false landlord reference.  I told him to find another house. I can't rent it to him. I did not collect any money from him, no lease signed. This  is his response .

"I am going down to the court house today and putting a junction against the home. This will slow your closing down. Second I will be filing a complaint with real estate board against your agent. Go ahead and try to sue me."

"I will and I am turning you and your agent in for illegal actions on a house you don't own. Good luck as I sue you."

I like to ask both my agent and I in deep trouble?
