還是洗碗機的問題

洗碗機 （Kenmore Precision quietguard standard） 上麵旋轉的東西掉了，我找了個Handyman朋友去看了看，他修不了，說很奇怪，好像掉了個東西，但找不到，房客說她沒有。這個房客很挑剔和厲害。但還是按時交房租的。請問這應該是我的責任嗎？ 洗碗機大概有三年新。不知該再找專業修理的人，還是該換新的？這裏有人有過類似的問題嗎？謝謝！
