home worranty會給俺換新的furnace嗎？

買房時就知道furnace是很舊的，前房東買了home worranty給我們，房子還沒租出去，今天來裝洗衣機的工人說有gas的味道，是furnace漏氣，會有火災危險，blah,blah,嚇唬了俺半天。明天打算給home worranty打電話試試運氣，不知道home worranty會給我們換新的furnace嗎？
