1-5毫米不是特別嚴重的問題，我有兩房子外牆出現磚被拉裂的現象，Certified Structure Engineer用各種儀器測量的結果是No Foundation Issue, Pure Cosmetic.

 

我已經將

$5K列入修複foundation的repair cost,

結果成了意外驚喜的紅包
