1.又到報稅季節,略估抵稅資料,有一疑問。即現有Mortgage interest + property tax 共$9000左右, 是否就不能有資格抵稅(低於$11000)?而且每年利息的減少,更不能抵稅?

Answer: They are deductible. Property tax could be deductible, even you are standard deduction.

2,還有10萬左右loan,每年有5-6千的利息(5.875%),是否PAYOFF 較好?若買房投資收租金,也難有5%-6% 的純回報?

It could be based on individual decistion.more advising from financial advisor.

3,看了一下貸款銀行的payoff的project,月底付完我的principal balance,還要再付一個月的interest。一月份的賬單已付過,剩下的本金不就是payoff的錢嗎?為啥還要多付一個月的利息?

There are possible options for pay off, if elect payoff are all principal, it will calculate as principal. And it is better to call your loan to confirm.

 

4,payoff以後,會收到什麽憑證或有什麽需要做的?
