回複：新年好！請教達人指導幾個報稅及其他問題

1.又到報稅季節，略估抵稅資料，有一疑問。即現有Mortgage interest + property tax 共$9000左右， 是否就不能有資格抵稅（低於$11000）？而且每年利息的減少，更不能抵稅？

Answer: They are deductible. Property tax could be deductible, even you are standard deduction.

2,還有10萬左右loan,每年有5-6千的利息（5.875%），是否PAYOFF 較好？若買房投資收租金，也難有5%-6% 的純回報？

It could be based on individual decistion.more advising from financial advisor.

3，看了一下貸款銀行的payoff的project，月底付完我的principal balance，還要再付一個月的interest。一月份的賬單已付過，剩下的本金不就是payoff的錢嗎？為啥還要多付一個月的利息？

There are possible options for pay off, if elect payoff are all principal, it will calculate as principal. And it is better to call your loan to confirm.

 

4，payoff以後，會收到什麽憑證或有什麽需要做的？
