我該怎麽辦？

房子租給了一個女單身。後來感覺此人不好打交道。一年到期後不再和她續下一年的合同，該成Month to Month。盼這她早點搬走。今天收到她的email如下，

I had a question - if in the future (a few months) my boyfriend and I decided to live together; would I need to change anything besides notify you that he would be living with me?
I didn't think so; and I would notify you out of respect; but the lease and everything is still in my name and I wouldn't want that to change; I just wanted to make sure; let me know thanks.

看來她要長住呀。她一個人就夠我頭疼的了，這回可能要對付兩個啦。
