Tenant Tranferred Utility to Other's Name

Per lease, there will be this guy and his fiancée and 2 juniors live in the house.  But we I called the utility companies to confirm, only the water is tranferred to the guy's name.  The electricity and gas were transferred to a lady whose name is not the guy or his fiancée.

Any possible trick?
