有人往國內寄過支票嗎？收件人是否能夠成功收到？

用的是平信、掛號還是特快專遞？

我寄了支票，快一個月了，對方沒收到。後來，了解了一下，好像中國有規定，不能郵寄支票等銀行票據到國內。
