1.personal liabilities is the same as business liabilties.這個是不cover damage caused by “washer in my rental property breaks and floods the house”。是否cover要看你的保險內容。要是我，就算cover也可能選擇不claim。

2.“extends our existing $1M unbrella to the rental property”是可以的，就看這個公司的policy，請再理解我的上麵的回貼。
