有時可以輕鬆拿全，卻以為那不到

我現在的雇主在個人貢獻金額達到限度後，會自動停止個人貢獻的部分，但會繼續在每張工資單上給公司的補貼部分，除非員工自己將401K的扣除比例改為0。所以員工設定一個適當的比例後，就可以放心拿到全部補貼。
