50unit是全職地主初入門。每個單位一個月淨利200美元。你可以辭了工作專心發展。100unit以上是小型職業地主。500unit以上者可稱職業地主。2000unit以上是ENTERPRENEUR。全國領頭羊，230，000units。任何這裏的地主隻是站在人家的山腳下而已。所以不到2000個unit，不敢稱大地主企業主。
