請教安裝出租房地毯

我是新地主， 剛close一出租房， 準備換地毯， 想請教幾個問題：

1. 什麽樣地毯的性價比較好？

2. 一定需要裝新的 carpet padding 嗎？ 舊的可以接著用嗎？

3. 舊地毯可以自己 remove and dispose 嗎？
