我這房子咋辦?

大家好!

先生回國發展了,大兒子也去外地上大學了,小兒子現讀二年級,自己不工作,所以也決定暑假帶小兒子回國了.可我們住的房子咋辦? 現在這房價,不能買.也隻能租了.可怎麽租呢?離那麽遠.請大家給出出主意.在這先謝謝了!
