There is a day of wealth accumalation.
There is a day of wealth destruction.
Wealth does not precipatates over the long term.
Imaging those real estate investors who bought a lot of houses in Atlanta before civil war, most of them got burn down by General William Sherman's march into the sea.
A country can and will go through a chaotic time. In 1997, William Strause and Neil Howe wrote a book examing American history. In which they described the turning point of American history. And they correctly pointed and forecasted the 2008 financial crisis. We are at what they pointed as the forth turning point of American history. (Revolutionary War, Civil War, Great Depression - those happened to be in 80 year cycle).
It is about time to hatch down. But I have to honestly believe that eventually, the human wisdon will prevail. In the process, the little buys got hurt or disappear. And Elite class will gain more wealth.
Unfortunately, little guys are blind. As the deleveraging cycle just started, they are again leveraging up... well, well, well.
