請教： 空調，暖氣之噪音

看中一房。 冷暖共用控製板及鼓風機和管道。 啟動時，整個房子，似山崩地裂，轟轟烈烈，如同電影院的音響。

咋回事？ 鼓風機還是管道的問題？ 能否改善？ 96年房，隔音材料的code太陳舊？
