My house in market for almost 2 months now. today finally one showed interest. a military family just relocated to my place and will do long term lease. but they had bad experience before with owner who did not manage the property professionally. they want o add lease that " any repairs that are not completed in 24 hours can be completed by the tenant and deducted from the next rent payment". How should I counter offer? Thanks!!!!!!
