I had a friend rent her house to 3 working young men(they are good friends). At that time, we all suggested her to rent to a single-income family with young kids instead, thinking that 3 independent tenants are not reliable just like boy friend girlfriend relationship.
She insists renting to the 3 young men, who turned out to be perfect tenants and never give her a call in one year.
